About

Connect Union started as irritated national account veterans tired of laminated plans that faded at the dock door.

Embedded inside supplier alliances throughout Seoul and coastal hubs, our facilitators drafted plans that buyers would actually annotate. Clients asked us to detach as an independent crew so contentious conversations could breathe outside headquarters politics—a trade marketing channel enablement practice was born deliberately small.

We still operate as twelve senior practitioners—not a rotational bench—so engagements stay conversational instead of scripted. KR regulations, retailer bylaws, and multilingual stakeholders stay on the whiteboard beside creative references.

Principles taped above every studio door

Account-first evidence

Retail math and fixture reality lead; slides follow.

Operational empathy

We write for replenishment planners, store leads, not only marketing.

Measured ambition

We document what measurement cannot yet capture instead of implying false precision.
